Richard T. Collier

Mr. Collier is the former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Elan Corporation, plc., a position he held from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Inc., Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, and Pharmacia Corporation. Mr. Collier was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he taught drug and medical device law from 2004 to 2017. He also practiced law at two leading Philadelphia-based law firms and with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Collier earned both his BA and his JD from Temple University. He has served on our Board since 2012.
